Our team at Higginbottom Orthodontics takes pride in our customer service, friendly environment and treatment results. We feel that one of the best ways to build our practice is through patient referrals. In recognition of your continued support for our team, we have developed our Patient Referral Program. At the time of initial consultation with a new patient, we ask on our initial registration forms how the patient learned about our office and by whom they were referred. Effective April 1, 2010, if you personally recommend Higginbottom Orthodontics to another family and they record this on their initial registration form, your name will be entered for a quarterly drawing to show our appreciation for every new family that you refer to our practice. The drawings will occur at the end of every quarter and the winning family will be notified and placed on our website. The winning prizes could range from a dinner for two at a local restaurant, a couple’s massage, a nice bottle of wine, etc. In order to increase your chances of winning these wonderful prizes, please when you refer Higginbottom Orthodontics to your friends; make sure that they do you the favor of placing your name on our initial registration form. “The highest compliment our patients can give is the referral of their friends and family." |
